Shipping label disappeared, item shows as dispatched yesterday but it is still at my home!!!

I can’t find a way to contact eBay and the automated bot is useless.
I’ve been selling for years and never had this issue.
I have sold an item and the Evri shipping label has disappeared and shows as dispatched yesterday, when the parcel was only wrapped this morning. I’ve notified the buyer. What do I do, please help?
