shipping label didn't print

I've just purchased a thermal label printer and it isn't yet connected properly. But Ebay thinks I've printed a label when I haven't. How do I get a new one (without having to pay another shipping fee?) Thanks Hive Mind!!

Go to

Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping Labels

Find the label and click to REPRINT the label. Monday is a federal holiday, so the post office will be closed.
