Shipping label did not print second half with information I keep,
printed my label, always do the 2 part , one part for the box, and second half with insurance and date information I keep, the second half is missing from the printing, went to the preview part to change or save, and the preview only shows the top half now. Is this another Ebay issue, I really need the second half

Mentor2 years agoOn the create label page look to the lower left where it shows the label format. Click on change and re-enable the receipt half.
