Shipping label did not print
I tried to print a shipping label and did not print. Please I need to speak with a customer service representative Ty.

Did you try printing something like a Word document or other file on your computer to rule out a printer interface issue?
You can always take a screen shot of the label and can Reprint a label your purchased 5 times before you have to buy a new one.
You then go to your Screen shot file and open the image and crop it down to JUST the label. Next, open a Word doc and insert the label screen shot into the document and change its size to fit the paper and be about the size you want. Next, print the word document and cut out the label.

Mentor1 year agoTry another browser to rule out a browser issue. Try saving the label instead of printing, then try opening the label using a PDF reader instead of your browser's print utility.

What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.
