Shipping Label Deducted in Payout
Why is the cost of the shipping label being deducted in my payout even though the buyer paid for it? Essentially there are two people paying the price of the shipping label.

Yes, there are, essentially, two people paying the price for shipping.
The difference between those two people is to whom they pay the price for shipping.
Person One, the buyer, pays the shipping price to the seller (you), through eBay.
eBay makes those dollars available to the seller (you).
Person Two, the seller (you), pays the shipping price to the shipper shown in your listing: USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.
You, as the seller, may choose to purchase that shipping through eBay.
Many new(er) sellers ask this question. I'm sure if you take a few minutes to think it through, it will make perfect sense.

The buyer pays you for the shipping you put in your listing. You then use the money to pay for the label.
The shipping paid by the buyer is included in the payment in your payment account.
