Shipping label cost duplicated
It seems eBay double-dipped on my last shipping label cost. On 3/24 the shipping label cost of $5.38 was deducted from my sales amount as is customary and today, 4/3, the cost was duplicated and paid with my credit card on file. I have no idea where to start to get this resolved; nothing like this has ever happened before.

Sometimes if there isn’t enough money in your sales balance when the label is purchased, eBay charges your backup payment method, like your credit card. It can look like a duplicate, but it might just be the way eBay collects the shipping cost.

If you still see a real duplicate after checking, you can contact eBay support through Help > Shipping Labels and request a review.

OP1 year agoThank you so much for your quick reply. Upon further investigation the payout was sent out before the label was created leaving my funds empty for the label charge. There were no duplicate charges. Thank you for your help.
