I keep getting messages from ebay saying I either overpaid or underpaid on my shipping labels - where are the adjustments of the charge or credits found

If this is a frequent occurrence I would check to make sure that your scale is accurate and that you are entering the correct dimensions. Always round up to the next full ounce and full inch.
