Shipping label charges

Iâ€™m a seller on eBay. eBay charge me for a ship label that I did not used. I entered the tracking number on the last item I sold. I WANT A REFUND on the Shipping Label I did not use. I also want a custom service number that I can call.

You have the option to void any shipping label you don't use. But you have to do it right away. Here is a link to your shipping page:

Under here, click on the down arrow next to the order its regarding. If you see an option to void, you can use it. Just make sure its the label you want to void (verify the tracking number). Refunds take approximately 2 weeks.

If you wait too long before using the Void for a mistaken label, the option to void will go away and you will be unable to void. I think this is roughly 4 or 5 days from the day its created.
