Somehow you purchased two shipping labels for the transaction.
You can void a USPS label within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Check the tracking number to be sure you are voiding the label you didn't use.

Mentor2 years agoIf this is for FedEx, there is a known issue with incorrect charges. Ebay is aware of this and is working on a fix. Ebay will contact you with any adjustments.
