shipping label charge
Hi, I sold an camera lens. I mistakenly created two shipping labels for the same item and were charged twice for the labels. Actually I only need and used one label. How can I reach eBay to get refund or credit for the charge of the second label? I searched in google and was told that eBay not suppose to have duplicate charge for labels created for the same item, is it right?
