Shipping label charge
I was trying to get a QR code for the post office to print my shipping label and ended up getting charged twice. Has this happened to anyone else? Any way to get one of the charges refunded?

Go to your shipping labels page and find the unused label. In the drop down actions menu is the option to void the label. You have 28 days to void USPS, UPS, and FedEx labels. eBay Standard Envelope labels are non-voidable once they have been printed. If it was a USPS label it will take up to 21 days for them to verify it was not used and send your refund. More details on the page below.

OP8 months agoThe only label that appears on the labels page is the one I ended up using. Apparently I accidentally bought 2 labels; the first remains unused, and the second I used to send my package. I need to void the first one but it does not appear on the labels page. The charge is definitely still there though.

Where are you seeing the charge for both labels? Go to the order, do you have 2 different tracking numbers for the item? If you purchased 2 different labels there will be 2 numbers.

OP8 months agoI can only find one tracking number, maybe because it's active? However, in the order earnings breakdown under shipping there is a subtraction of exactly 2 times the amount of the label.
