You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
Here is how it will look in your transactions. Search your transactions by order number.

Reading from the bottom. I bought a label for $7.36. One day later, I canceled that label and bought the correct label for $9.05. Seventeen days later on Feb 16, I received the refund of $7.36.
