Shipping Label Cancellation
Hi everyone, I am a newer eBay seller. I just created a USPS shipping label via ebay, but it has the incorrect return address. I presume shipping is higher because of this (label is FL -> NJ instead of NY -> NJ). I've now corrected my return address in my settings, and I see where I am able to cancel the label I created. However, once I cancel the existing label, will I still have the opportunity to use eBay to create a new label with the correct address?

·1 year agoYep, you've got the process correct! Cancel the first label, then go back to the order on your Paid and Shipped page, and it should offer you a choice to Print Another Label. That will let you purchase a new label with the correct details (make sure the return address is correct on that screen where you order the label, as since the order was placed before you corrected your address in your settings, it may retain the old address).
The refund for the unused shipping label will take about 21 days, by the way, so don't expect it quickly. USPS will verify that it's not been used before sending that refund.
