shipping label cancellation
I forgot to add in the insurance when I printed the shipping label for FEDEX. I had to cancel that one and reprint another. How and when will I get a refund for the label I cancelled and do I have to do anything else to facilitate this?

It can take up to 21 days for the credit for the cancelled label to appear on your account.
You can check the Recent Activity report ont he right side of this page from time to time where the credit will be recorded.
