Shipping Label Cancelation:
Why have I not received my refund for canceling shipping labels and using my own? I put the request in 2 weeks ago and they haven’t paid me or have any update on why they’re charging me for a shipping label when I canceled it right away and purchased my own. Why is there no email customer service email of phone number listed?

Mentor6 months agoIt takes 3 weeks for the carrier to refund a cancelled label. They need to confirm the label was never used.
