Shipping Label Adustment
I just received notification of a shipping label adjustment for Fed Ex due to billable weight being higher than actual weight (I understand how that works). All of my measurement (size and weight) were correct. Why didn't Ebay's shipping calculator charge the correct amount in the first place?

Here is what eBay is saying as of right now:
"Root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples."

RESOLVED -root cause has been identified, and resolution is underway. All impacted customers will be credited for any erroneous FedEx label adjustment costs. At this time we don't need any other customer examples.
