shipping label adjustments
I received an an adjustment on a fed-ex shipment. Fed-ex reported that my package weighed exactly what I said it weighed when I bought the label (7 lb 10 oz.)
But after the package was shipped they charged extra because they rounded up to 8lb even.
if they are going to round up why not do that when I buy the label?
its really annoying to see that i rounded up to the nearest oz. bought & paid for the label, shipped it & then get hit with extra fee because they decided to round up to the nearest pound.
