    Shipping Label Addl Charges
                     

    Does anyone understand why I’d be charged an additional $5’sh on a label I created with the correct weight and dimensions?  The reason given by eBay in the breakdown is “Address Correction” but that doesn’t make any sense since eBay automatically imports whatever the customer supplies; which begs the question as to why I’d be held responsible?
