It looks like the shipping label being created by ebay is for a small box and I have to use a medium box.

Mentor2 years agoYou received the shipping label you asked for when you purchased it. It's important to review the weight and size parameters and class of service and edit them if needed before pushing the button to buy it.
You can purchase another label by using the option in the dropdown next to the transaction in your Orders list.
You can void a label within 5 days of purchase here:

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.
