Shipping label
Buyer is requesting to use their own label and want me to change my listing to local pickup.
Not sure of the rules on this, and it always makes me nervous when people ask for unusual requests like this.

Your instincts were right.
The seller must buy their own label.
If this listing is still active, I would block this bidder.
If the item has sold and they haven’t paid, do not send invoices. 96 hours (4 days) after the listing ends you can cancel for nonpayment. If you have sent an invoice, you will have to wait 96 hours after that invoice.
Be sure to set your buyer requirements to block bidders with 2 or more strikes in 12 months.
As a newish seller, it may be beneficial to list your items with immediate payment required.
