Shipping label
Hello, I am trying my best to buy a shipping label in the app itself it says
“Destination country not supported by eBay postage.
Please go to the eBay website to purchase the shipping label.â€
but then when I got to the website it doesn’t let me buy it either because I can’t find the product because it’s in sold category so I don’t know how to purchase shipping label I need help

Mentor3 years agoI went to your one sold item today, and you do ship to quite a few countries. Where is your buyer located? Is the buyer's country listed in the drop down menu?
To print the shipping label, you would go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Awaiting shipment > Print the label
Is that what you tried?
