shipping label
my shipping label did not print out correctly. i have a tracking number with no. lablel. so i printed a label and it had no tracking number. how can i fix this?

When you purchase a label through eBay you can reprint it 5 times by using the download label on this page. After that you have to purchase another label but can cancel the first one on the same page: Track and manage your shipments
When you cancel a label your account will be credited in 21 days or less.
If the print function continues to fail you may have to purchase a non-discounted label at the carrier's counter and then manually ADD the tracking number to the sold file for your protection.
