Shipping label
I I have been charged for two
shipping labels on the same item. It has th same number. But only one was used. How do I cancel one of the labels.

It's not possible to be charged for two labels with the same #. Why do you think you've been charged twice? Where are you seeing this? Do you see two labels at this link?

If so, there should be two tracking #s, and you can cancel the label with the tracking # you didn't use.

It will take about 14-21 days for the refund to come through.

Note: Printing a label doesn't charge you for it. You are only charged if you purchase a label.
