I accidentally bought two labels and it charged me double. Now I’m in the negative. How can I get a shipping label refunded

Mentor4 months agoUnfortunately this will not be a quick process. You will need to go to your shipping label list and find the unused label then click on cancel in the drop down menu. The shipping carrier must see that the label was not used which takes 21 days. Once the refund is allowed eBay will let you know and it will be available as a payout.
