The shipping label provided by ebay didn't cover the cost of shipping. Is there a way to fix that?

The label is based on your entries, when you created the listing. Don't rely on eBay suggested dimension.

Enter the exact weight and dimensions of your packaged item and select Buyer pays Calculated Shipping.

You can cancel that incorrect label and print a new label with the correct weight and dimensions.

Here's how to cancel (or void) an unused shipping label you purchased on eBay:

- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.

- Choose your reason for canceling the label.

- Select Cancel shipping label.

You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.

Then, you can print another label:

2) Select View Order Details, then Print Another Label <<==

3) Enter the correct weight and dimensions for your package and select Shipping Method and the correct label will print.
