shipping label
My prpfile contains nmy correct address. Yet eBay continues to provide shipping labels with a return address that is 10 years obsolete. There is no way to contact eBay. What on earth is the matter with them?

You have five addresses in your profile. Did you update all of them as needed?

The next time you create a label, look at the right side of the label creation page. If you don't see the correct Ship from city, state, and zip code, use the edit link to select the new address. Going forward, it will stick.

OP7 months agoI only see one address in my profile. I am a resident in Florida: [Removed by Moderator].
I also have a place in NYC: [Removed by Moderator]. I don’t think I have ever sold from that address, but I do buy things at that address.
I am unable to delete any other addresses from my profile because I can’t find them
