My printed shipping label is showing the cost of shipping that I paid. How can I delete the cost of shipping from the shipping label.

Make sure that box is UNCHECKED.

OP8 months agoThat box appeared yesterday and I clicked on it for one label only. But the next day I wanted to uncheck that box, but the box does not appear for me to uncheck it. Where can I find that box, because it is not on the page where I want to get a label.
