shipping label
I might of requested another label by accident and was charged twice for one item how do I \get one of the charges off my account? thank you

If you paid for two labels for one shipment, go to your Shipping Labels page and cancel one of the labels. The two labels should have different tracking numbers.
Once you cancel one of the labels, you should see your refund in approximately 21 days.
