Shipping Label
I purchased a shipping label through Ebay but I see its cheaper through my pirateship account. I integrated my pirateship account with ebay and I want to know how do I repurchase the shipping label through pirateship?

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.
You have 28 days to cancel a label. The refund will come about 21 days after you cancel.
Then, you can re-import your eBay orders to Pirate Ship and the order should be there.
