shipping label
ebay just sent an email telling me of a sale. When I try to print a shipping label, ebay says that it can't find the order. Any suggestions?

Please always check your eBay account on the website and app. Do not look at emails or texts. Do not click links. Just go to your account and log in. Anything you need to see will be obvious.
Do you see the sale listed on the eBay app or website?
If not, the email that you got was a scam, phishing attempt from a "Buyer" who got your email address nd you should ignore it.
