Could you please advise me? #carpartsholesale has accepted my item return, but theyâ€™re refusing to provide a shipping label. What should I do in this situation?

I can't find the option "Ask eBay to step in and help"

The link in the Return request should appear 4 days after you filed the return request.

If you have a valid reason for the return that is covered by the Ebay Money Back Guarantee, you can ask Ebay to step in to help you.

Find the item in your Purchases.
Select See return details
Select Ask eBay to step in and help.
Select a reason from the dropdown menu, then select Confirm.
