shipping label
Can't get an answer from ebay support
Does anyone know how to get credit for a shipping label paid for and not used.
Also a phone number for ebay - as they call and spam sends it straight to voice mail - as phone number is not recognized and they won't give it out in chat

If you purchased a label that will not be used/scanned, you have up to 28 days to void/ cancel that label. You will see the refund in approximately 21 days.
To cancel the label, go to your Shipping Labels page.
There's no need to contact eBay about this. If you have a different issue, you can ask here or go to Help and Contact on eBay and request a call back.
