shipping label
I had to cancel the shipping label because it did not fit the right dimensions. And went to the usps they did not accept it. I message the buyer but she not respond. i print another label but i cost more . The buyer how she will pay? I'm trying contact the eBay but i cant find email how i can get help. shod i send the box?

-First, Buyers do not pay for your mistakes. If you had the wrong information on the listing then you need to figure out how to determine the right information for package weight and shipping box size and use the Calculated shipping setting so Buyers pay the correct amount.
-Next, you can Cancel the first wrong label in 28 days or less on the following [age link. Use the drop down menu on the left and select Cancel. Your account will be credited in 21 days or less. Track and manage your shipments

Mentor1 year agoYou are responsible for including the correct shipping method/weight/dimensions of the package. You cannot ask the buyer to pay more. You pay the difference since it was your mistake. You can void/cancel the first label that is incorrect.
Go to
Seller Hub > Orders > Shipping labels
Locate the Order. Click the down-arrow. Select VOID label. You have 28 days from the date you printed the label in order to void the label. The USPS will credit your account in 2-3 weeks after they have confirmed the label was never used.
