Shipping label
Could anyone explain how I update my address for my shipping labels when I purchased them through eBay. I’ve updated my address on my app months ago. When I print shipping labels, they print with my old address from 10 years ago. I can’t seem to update the address. Luckily, i have not had anybody return items. In the event that that happens, It would go to the wrong address. Please help Ty Sheri

in the meantime, when u r on the eBay shipping label page, click the 'edit' button under your old address and input the current one

OP2 years agoMy address is updated on my eBay app. It’s been updated for months now since I moved I just can’t get the shipping labels to reflect my current address. I’ve edited my address over and over again, but the shipping labels still come out wrong

Note that when you create your first label after your address update you may still need to edit the Return Address on the create label page. The option is on the right side of the create label page. Click on EDIT below your "Ship from / Return to" address. Once changed it sticks till you change it again.
You may have to do the above from a browser.
