Shipping label
Hi I am being charged for a shipping label and I have never used that feature . How can I get a refund? I always purchase the label through the USPS and now I see they have been charging me for a label for many transactions. Thanks in advance. I’d like to simply turn the feature off.

Mentor2 years agoThe only way you could be charged for a ebay shipping label is if you click on Print Label and complete the label buying process. Is is not automatic in anyway.

If you are going to the post office and paying the higher retail price, make sure you manually enter the tracking number to the Order Details that same day.
