shipping label
i purchased a ebay shipping label and when it got to the customer they said all the postage wasnt paid. then returned it back to me. I went back over all the dimensions and everything looked right. I paid $10 for my label and they wanted the customer to pay an addidional $9.60. This happen to anyone else. What can I do about it?
