I ordered a shipping label by mistake. I want to make sure I am not charged for it because I am drop-shipping. Can I cancel it?

Here's how to cancel (or void) a shipping label you purchased on eBay:
- Go to Manage shipping labels: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng/labels-history/my-ebay
- Find the item you'd like to cancel the shipping label for, then from the Actions column, select CANCEL.
- Choose your reason for canceling the label. If you want to, you can add a message for the buyer.
- Select Cancel (or Void) shipping label.

Generally it is about 3 weeks for the refund to come.
