You should be able to view all your orders on this page:
https://www.ebay.com/sh/ord/?filter=status:ALL_ORDERS
Find the order you need the shipping label for, click the down arrow on the left:
and you should have the option to re-print a label. This works as long as the label hasn't been used or 5 days have passed. Otherwise choose Purchase label and the next page will have an option to re-print if you had already purchased one.
If you haven't purchased a label yet, you can do that here as well.
