shipping label
a buyer paid for an item and eBay generated a shipping label which I purchased and then the buyer requested to change the address so I voided the original label and I updated the tracking number but the correct one but the address on the eBay app is not reflective of the address on the package parentheses the correct address is on the package. The Buyer messaged me with the new address which is why I paid for a new label and updated the tracking but I don’t know how to update the address. Is this something the buyer has to do and am I going to get paid when the item gets delivered?

Mentor2 years agoSellers need to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. You need to Cancel the transaction with Problem with buyer's address. You then relist the item, send the buyer the new item number, and buyer repurchases and clicks the CHANGE option when s/he sees the SHIP TO address, and makes the change, and then makes the payment.
