Shipping Label
The USPS label provided by eBay is not the correct one. The one needed for this package cost $150 per USPS. The item cost $66.90. A huge difference of $83.10. This is not a deal for me.

Mentor2 years agoI can't imagine paying $150 shipping. What is the weight/dimensions of the package, and where are you shipping this item to? Express shipping is expensive.
I see you sold some floor mats for a motor vehicle. I can image they are very heavy, and most likely the package is over 22 inches long, so there will be a surcharge if shipping using USPS. I suggest checking with Fed Ex or UPS to see if it will cost less, since you are using Free Shipping.

Mentor2 years agoThe label provided by eBay is based on the weight and dimensions you entered in your listing. Even if you used eBay’s suggestion, which is never a good idea, you are responsible for making sure it is reasonably correct.
Labels cost more at the PO. If the price at the PO was $150, the discounted price on eBay is probably around $120. Still a significant difference.
You listed the item with Fedex shipping - have you tried pricing the shipment going Fedex? Again, you get a significant discount buying the label on eBay, so weigh and measure the package, then use the calculator to check the cost - be sure to check the eBay price. https://www.ebay.com/shp/Calculator
If you purchased a usps label on eBay and can not use it, be sure to void it so you get a refund.
If you’re not going to ship the item you sold, you need to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer. After selecting cancel transaction, you will need to select ‘I am out of stock, or can’t complete the transaction’ as the reason. You will have to pay the full refund to the buyer, then eBay will release the buyer’s payment to you. No one likes that part, but it is how it works.
