Shipping items to buyers.
I dropped off items at a USPS Office, but the tracking comes back as not in their possession. What is the typical turn around for the tracking to get updated to eBay? And what happens if the order is canceled due to the Postal Service not reporting that they have the item before the shipping deadline?
