Shipping items
I have an item that someone purchased and the shipping covered was only $12 and some change but really it is costing $100-$200 to ship. What do I do? I'm not paying for the shipping

·3 years agoYou're the one that made a mistake on the shipping, so you have two options.
Ship and make up the difference or cancel as out of stock and earn a defect on your account and possible negative feedback.
