Shipping items
I shipped 7 items last week most of which have been delivered. Ebay is saying they weren't even shipped yet even with tracking. What can I do? They have all my payments on hold until delivery but they've already been delivered.

Mentor5 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & Shipped
Do all of those transactions show Delivered? If not, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website, and look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking. That should help to update the tracking to Delivered. If it does not, and you know the package has been delivered, the payout will be made after 30 days if the buyer does not file a case for non delivery.
