Shipping issues won't release payments
Hello my name is Greg and I've been selling on ebay for only a short time now and its awesome im getting tons of orders and getting rid of inventory really fast but one problem im having is i have multiple orders that have been sent out and should have already been delivered but on my end it says that the package has gotten to the city but that's it it doesn't say its delivered and then I have customers leave reviews about there orders but on my end it says that there packages haven't been delivered yet so therefore my funds are still on hold and I have no idea how to handle can someone please help give me some ideas or something.

Because you are a new seller you have a 30 day hold placed on your payments. Tracking showing delivered will not immediately release the funds, because buyers are protected by the Money Back Guarantee (MBG) and have time to open a dispute even though you have a No returns policy.
Your funds will be held until you have been selling for 90 days, sell 25 items, $250 in sales, and have not received negative feedback or adhered to the MBG return policy if a return was requested.
If you have started using eBay Standard Envelope shipping, the final tracking often does not appear, or shows out for delivery a day or so early.

FYI, You should almost never list an auction for a very low starting price. Your starting bid price should be for the least amount you will accept if there is only one bid, taking into account what you receive after ebay's fees and what you charge for shipping.
