Shipping issues with Ebay printed labels
Printed and paid for shipping label for the exact correct weight of the parcel like I always do. The package was subsequently returned to me due to "insufficient postage." This is not the first time this has happened. The first two times I just re paid and re sent at the post office, but now it has happened again. Obviously, there is some disconnect between the Ebay shipping label system and the USPS.
Of course, I cannot cancel, void, or print a new label without paying again. Any advice on how can I get a new shipping label, with the correct postage, WITHOUT having to pay AGAIN?

Mentor2 years agoOften, if you take the package back to the post office, and show them the label on the package, they will accept the difference, print a label for the difference, and send your package back to the buyer.
Make sure you do not have your labels print out the postage fee, as we are charged the commercial rate, and perhaps clerks are thinking you are underpaying the retail rate.
