Shipping issues USPS
Hello I have an issue with a package getting lost in the shuffle. I guess the delivery man had no access to the addresses residence ( I'm assuming a gated community of sorts ) and the package never made it to the buyer. I'm assuming that the package is at the post office closest to that address and I messaged the buyer all of this to no avail. What should I do? I m already losing money on this deal and don't want to lose more over an issue that is beyond my control.

Mentor2 years agoIf a package is undeliverable, it should be returned to you. But returns take much longer than shipments to the addressee. First they may hold the package at the post office for two weeks before sending it back.
It sounds as if you are unsure what the problem is. The problem should be showing in the tracking information. What does that last tracking update say?

Mentor2 years ago@jofles-92 contact YOUR local post office since u r the addressor or u can also contact the buyer's local post office, just input their zip code into the USPS website to find it.
u can also open a 'where's my package' case from the USPS website
