Shipping Issues and Missing Packages at the same time
This weekend we seen two messages come in that stated our packages where larger than we claimed on the ticket and twice we where charged. The weight they used was more than 10x the weight of the original items . Now we had three customers all open claims for packages not showing up . 5 issues in one weekend, seems like this isnt right at all
