Shipping issues
I have one specific item, that when people go to buy, it says I won’t ship to that state. They’ve sent me messages and screenshots of the prompt they get. But they’ve been told I don’t ship to Kansas and California and California is the state I ship from. I’ve checked the shipping settings several times. I’ve even re-listed the item. I haven’t had this issue before. What the heck is going on?

Shipping not specified on many listings.
What listing tool are you using that it's not taking the dimensions? Have you tried a different browser or device?
You could actually list the trading cards as Flat rate and not enter dimensions. EBay standard envelope shipping price is the same price to all states.
Keep in mind that some your lots are going to be too large for ESE shipping. The total weight with envelope can't be over 3oz. It also has to remain flexible enough to bend around a standard coffee mug and can't be lumpy.

OP5 months agoI go down to shipping and enter standard envelope for those 3oz or less as they will fit. I just use the shipping section from the app. The weird thing is I’ve been doing this the same way for a year and just now having issues. It won’t even let me save the dimensions

Mentor5 months ago@mattoneday. Try deleting the app, restarting your phone, reinstalling the app.
If that doesn't work then you should try a computer or your phones browser to access the site. Be sure to select open in Desktop on your phone if you try this.

You have about 20 items that no one will be able to purchase because the system cannot calculate the shipping. There is an error in either the dimensions or weight that you have entered on these items.
When the system cannot calculate the shipping, the buyer gets a message that you may not ship to their location.
To see the items that need correcting, look at your item in search, sort by price - they will be at the bottom of the search results, showing ‘shipping not specified’.

I think I have seen others post about this, but I do not know if anyone had a way to solve it. I am going to ask another mentor -

Mentor5 months agoCan you give us an example of dimensions that you use? You need to round UP to the nearest whole inch.
