Shipping issues
I have had excessive issues with shipping being updated after package has been dropped with the carrier and they are all labels purchased from eBay I can not get any assistance from eBay or customer service. My account has been suspended which is fine. I am new to selling on eBay I just keep getting the run around and eBay is acting like it’s my fault

Some of it may be your fault and may be part of your learning experience. For exampled on this listing:
Indian heads and wheat penny lot ! All 1859 to 1958
You sate you will send 40 randomly selected coins yet you have ESE (eBay Standard Envelope) listed for shipping. ESE only allows up to 5 raw coins per shipment.

ESE is also NOT door to door tracking and for your listings that actually qualify for that if a Buyer claims they did not receive the item then you get a ding on your account plus you have refund and pursue reimbursement as described on that page link.

OP8 months agoYes thank you I understand appreciate your time and response. I understand that particular listing of 40 coins but what if it’s just one coin ? I guess it doesn’t matter I understand that no matter what apparently this is my fault. I was clearly unprepared to sell on eBay I do appreciate the response again but it didn’t really answer my question but thank you for you time anyway

If all you do is "... drop with carrier ..." meaning you drop off and do not get an acceptance scan then you are at risk for late shipping defects. You have to stand in line and get the clerk to scan your items in and then leave with a receipt.
You need to pay attention to issues on your Seller Dashboard: Seller Dashboard | eBay
When an issue arises either ask here on how to address it or if you can figured it out the implement a plan and solution to proceed.

OP8 months agoI appreciate your reply these have acceptance scan and even show scans of movement but then do not show delivered or just stuck in some other state but yes they are being scanned by the carrier at the post office
