Shipping issues
I need to ship 60 Life magazines. It’s in 2 boxes. eBay is trying to give me one label, only giving me the option of shipping in an USPs envelope. I’m not shipping an envelope. These boxes weigh 27 and 32 lbs. Can’t contact a human at eBay. Thanks to anyone who can help me.

You can purchase up to 5 labels per order.
On the label purchase page you should be able to change the service, entering the correct weight and dimensions for box #1. If you don’t see boxes to enter this information, you probably see a link for advanced. Click there and the boxes for the package info should appear, as well as a list of available services. You can then purchase the correct label for box #1.
Go back to your sold orders and select get another label from the menu next to that order. Repeat the actions of entering the weight and dimensions for box #2, select the service you want and buy label #2.
